so. let's see.
amanda is gone. because i'm crazy and neurotic and clingy and fucking nuts as usual.
it does, however, save me the trouble of explaining about delaware. on the other hand, perhapsif i had she would have ascertained that my clingyness was just wistful getting to know you affection and not creepy needy obsessed stalker behavior. the truth lies somewhere in the middle. because for me that initial thrill, the beauty of the beginning, comes with a stalker-like obsession. mostly, though, i tend to be better at oly revealing the tip of the iceberg, and hiding the behemoth brunt of my crazy beneath the icy, icy surface. yes, i just made a titanic metaphor. anyone making leaonard dicappucinno jokes in regard to this will be shot and stabbed profusely.

although his acting ability does bear and eerily familiar and perhaps ironic similarity to my ability with the ladies.
that is to say hideously riduculous and wholly laughable.

i went to the new york comicon with tina, mike carbone and carl. it was possibly the greatest day i have ever lived. i met jim mahfood, i met david mack, i met mike huddleston. i totally ran into nate bellegarde (fetorpse, tales from the bully pulpit) who was just walking around, and he showed me some pages out of his portfolio. it was amazing. i need to live the rest of my life by comic conventions. in comic conventions. for comic conventions.
so. tina may move to delaware with me. she's going down with me this weekend to see if she can handle the nothingness. i hope she goes for it. man, serious. tina's cool. mike thinks somehow tina and i will end up dating if she comes to delaware. i don't think so. i really don't. at all. not even remotely. anyways. so i really hope she comes. i think the three of us: tina, rich and i, would make a really cool kind of family. i mean wierdo-nerd- comic book art family. i am excited in spades.

the good news is that i found a fourth sallinger book. reading sallinger makes me feel alive again, sometimes. it makes me feel intellegent and relevant. sadly, i know i probably misspelled at least one of those words. i am getting stupider by the day. but i have sallinger, now, and i got a nice hardcover copy of naked lunch, too.
the bad news? i crashed my car. yup. to hell. fell asleep at the wheel one night driving from blockbuster to walgreens. that's some shit, huh? i mean. this puts all the delaware plans in jeopardy, and because of this and tina and rich's work schedules, it looks like the trip down there is only gonna be three days, 'steada a week. still excited, though.
anyway. i think that just about does it. amanda gone. comicon awesome. tina moving. car crash. sallinger. my lil bro needs the computer, so i'm gonna finish watching jarhead, and then head to blockbuster to return it. then work. bleh. then sleep for 2 hours, and back to blockbuster. meh. i best be going.

For the record, the Titanic Star's acting ability is far superior in the movie "Catch Me If You Can" which was surprisingly amazing.
